How I can work with you
My main approach is Person-Centred and I work in an integrative way, combining various therapies including; Cognitive Behavioural and Compassionate Focussed Therapy into our sessions. Which means I draw upon a range of therapeutic techniques, that are tailor made to suit your individual needs and guide you emotionally to a better place.
I work with a wide range of clients and we can work together long or short term, to find solutions to your dilemmas.As your counsellor, I can offer you a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space, free from external pressures, where our growing therapeutic relationship could enable you to build trust and confidence once again. This allows you to express your fears, and provides you with the ways to explore and develop your own awareness of implementing positive changes within your life.
